This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I ordered on Friday and it was here on Tuesday. The hair is so soft with a beautiful body wave pattern. I would recommend washing the hair before using installing it. You can wear this wig wet and wavy or dry and still look amazing. This a was a GOOD GOOD Buy. I will be purchasing other products.
