This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

the hair is very soft and bouncy. it came pre plucked . i got a 24 inch and it came with a natural hair color . trust me your money is worth the spend on this wig!

So far this hair is great. I haven’t curled it yet but will soon. It didn’t have a strong smell to it and I literally just cut the baby hair it came with shorter (I didn’t have to pre-pluck the hair) . It has a nice silky texture to it, minimal shedding and shipping took roughly 4 days. Time will tell how the hair holds up. I’ll be back for additional review. So far so good

I just received this wig, it is gorgeous, the hair feels amazing and incredibly soft, the length is true giving that this is a wavy wig. There is very minimal shedding. The wig also has adjustable straps and combs. Overall I am very much in love with this order.
