Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I used to buy straight hair wig, but I want to try the body wave wig this time. The hair is absolutely "Gorgeous" looks as full as the picture. And shipment came extremely fast!! Product shipped within a week only because they don’t work on weekends. Besides that, the hair is veryyyyy soft, had no smell when i ordered it, there is very little to none shedding but what hair doesn’t shed? Wig was well plucked, lace is true to description. Customer service was very well, the seller communicated with me on time and was very nice and understanding. I give this company 5 stars and I recommend you that is reading this order from them!!

This wig is fine.. I'm in love . First let's start by saying it arrived in 4 days I ordered it on the 19th it came the 23th .. I ordered the 14 inch frontal 180 density but I contacted the seller to change 18inch and paid the difference... the lace is the bomb you don't even have to bleach it, that's good .. Now on to the hair for one it's super soft and put water, it is beautiful I will tell you this the hair can get super big .. so if you not the type of person who likes big hair then it's not for you .. the wig does have a lot of hair but it isn't a heavy wig but it's super full .. I definitely recommend I will purchase from this company again ..the wig came with a wig cap, thank you for the gift.
