This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I really love this wig, it's so light weight and the adjustable bands make it easy to fit on my head. I straightened the hair and it's stil so soft with a lot of movement to it. The company was also very cordial and nice during the process. Shipping was the fastest I've ever seen.

it's good hair and wig for a good price. the texture is what I was looking for, it straightens well but maintains its body. I have a standard sized head i think and the wig cap is perfect but if you have a big head proceed with caution. there is very little shrinkage, I ordered the next length up thinking the wave would make it shorter but i really didn't need to. overall i love it and i'll be buying from here again

I ordered a 13x6 24’ 250% density. I’m so happy I purchased this wig. It’s so thick & soft. Also the curl pattern is beautiful & the wig came pre-plucked & the lace looks transparent. Shipping was decent I ordered it on 12.16 & got it 12.20.

I love love love this hair, it’s so soft silky and smooth. I ordered my wig on a Saturday and received it on a Tuesday, shipping was super fast. So far I haven’t experienced any shedding nor have I experienced any tangles. The only thing that is a very minor issue to me is the lace being brown but that can always be fixed, and the packaging was kind of basic, but other than that everything else is great.
