This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I was a little iffy on buying the hair. But when i got it, it was nice soft no shedding. it sheds a little here and there but only like a string or two it's very silky i love the look when it's curled it's bouncy and very nice i got so many compliments i just like the hair

It’s soooooo beautiful and soft ! I didn't expect much before I received it, but it was beyond my imagination.It doesn't shed and almost no smell.Delivery took four days but was acceptable.All in all, it's worth having.
