This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Overall , hair is wonderful lace is already plucked hair is soft and curly . Curls are impeccable , wetting it will help a lot though or using Cantu Conditioner for it . I plucked it a little and of course melted it . It’s nice you won’t regret it
