This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Ok so i got the 250% density 24in 13x16 and let me just say I LOVE THIS WIG OMG. The hair is so soft. Minimal shedding. The hair line is perfect. I honestly have no cons about this wig. I’ve worn it now for about a week. I wanted to wear it before i left an honest review. No tangling. OHHH the only minor thing is the smell. It went away after a while tho. I get compliments all the time!

This hair was amazing straight out of the package it was plugged and so soft. The knots were ready bleached so I didn’t have to do too much to the actual hair or hairline. However I did experience a few pieces of shedding before plucking and the wig and it came with a interesting smell but went away when I washed her hair.

I ordered a 22” 180 density and there’s no regrets here! The hair is true to length and there were little to no weird smell , very little shedding as well . I dyed this wig Jet black and even bleached the knots without any problems! The seller was so considerate and great on communicating with me. She reached out to me first to inform me that the wig was sent out (which took two days to arrive) and that the wig had been delivered to me. Thank you for that again. I recommend this wig,
