Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I loooooooooove my wigs!!! The hair is so soft and min shedding. It looks so natural! I am happy and satisfied! I will definitely order more and recommend to my friends. The lace on the wig was constructed excellently. I'm happy with the baby hairs! I didn't have to bleach or do anything to the hair other than co wash it. love the natural black color!
