This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

it's more of a natural wavy texture real soft. before they sent my package they contact me to make my address is correct. they are very friendly and fast order it on Saturday night and got it on Wednesday. Lovely company, good communication and quality of hair is great :) would definitely recommend!!!

Perfect!!! The hair was very smooth and soft. It came super quick less than a week. It is even better than I thought it would be. Definitely worth the price! When opening, it looked very thick but once I put it on it was perfect. The seller was also very sweet and informative. So far it has been good but I will update about the hair after a lot of wears.

I love the fact that they pre plucked the wig. only let down is that it's a little thin, but that's ok I know it will gain volume with time. good customer service and they shipped quickly, my parcel arrived in 4 days.
