Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Let me start off by saying this company helped me out at the last minute when i was panicking about not having a wig for my vacation the lady that helped me responded immediately to my emergency and no later then 4 days later i received a wig at my house i am very pleased to recommend this company to who ever is reading this the wig feels sooo good as well it came with a cap and a elastic band to tighten the wig on your head and i can not wait to install it THANK YOU SOOO MUCH I really appreciate it
