Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Very minimal to no shedding when fingering through. The product I use to keep my curls looking great makes the hair easy to detangle. Not thin not too thick density. It's just right. Shipping was fast. Ordered Friday and it came Tuesday.

This wig is amazing, had such fast shipping and seller made sure I had it when I needed it. I ordered on a Wednesday and it got to me by Monday. The hair is super soft too and no smell so I'd definitely recommend getting this wig

The hair was extremely soft! I plucked it a little more so it can have a more natural looking part. I received rods and two head caps as well. The wig has combs and a strap which made it feel very secure! I loved it! I will be ordering again very soon!

I absolutely love this wig it is giving me life!!!! It came in about a week which isn't bad at all , the hair is crazy SOFT! I've gotten so many compliments on the wig , it looks very natural! I didn't have to do much to it but cut the lace , the knots are bleached and it's pre-plucked so I'm very happy with the hair oh and I got 12 inches! Thank you so much Wiggins hair :)
