Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The product was exactly as described, no smell, super soft, & actually one of the best weaves I’ve bought ever. The end result is in this picture! The hair was extremely soft! I plucked it a little more so it can have a more natural looking part. I received rods and two head caps as well. The wig has combs and a strap which made it feel very secure! I loved it! I will be ordering again very soon!

I absolutely love this wig it is giving me life!!!! It came in about a week which isn't bad at all , the hair is crazy SOFT! I've gotten so many compliments on the wig , it looks very natural! I didn't have to do much to it but cut the lace , the knots are bleached and it's pre-plucked so I'm very happy with the hair oh and I got 12 inches! Thank you so much Wiggins hair :)

I have nothing but positive Hingis to say about this seller and wig. First of all the seller was awesome and very polite. They msg me very fast and shipped my order the same day. I ordered it on Thursday and got it Monday. The hair is very soft. The cut is just like the picture. All I did was flat iron the wig and it looks good already. I'll be bleacohe knots soon,but this is great until then. I will be buying from this seller again. They even give you gifts and a nice note.
