Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I washed and the hair remained soft and tangle free. Honestly for the cost and quality of the hair, this will order again because I change styles often. I ordered the hair through my friends and shipping was extra fast, I ordered the 10",12"14" with a 10" closure bundle, the hair was nice and full, the wefts were nice and thick. There was a small odor, but once I washed and conditioned the hair that went away, and no tangling at all, overall I would recommend this hair if you want some good hair at an affordable price.
