This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is so soft and silky. it is very flowy so you won’t have to worry about stiffness at all. the shipping was 3-5 days as promised but it does take 2-4 days to process/customize the hair and such. so you should order at least 2 weeks ahead of time. also they emailed me back quick and made sure i was satisfied with my order. overall great service, price, and quality. also sent me some lashes with the hair !

I had it installed by braidless sew in which means the wefts were cut. I am also not using a scarf or silk pillow case. This hair has barely shed and it is still silky smooth. I am so impressed. I have had it in my head for about a week now. So far so good. I highly recommend this hair.
