My package arrived within 2 DAYS(ordered friday-received 8:30AM Monday) of my order being placed which was incredible, while waiting to receive my package I received the best customer service I've ever encountered when purchasing hair and any product online for that matter! Mary made me feel welcome and a valuable customer which was amazing! When the hair arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hair was lovely and matched my skin tone perfectly, once installed it was even more beautiful!!
