This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

Mary made me feel welcome and a valuable customer which was amazing! When the hair arrived I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hair was lovely and matched my skin tone perfectly, once installed it was even more beautiful!!
