Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is beautiful. You have to pluck the part ALOT but it comes silky straight and bouncy. I love this wig it looks so natural. Not transparent lace. True to length. Minimum shedding. I give it a 9/10. I recommend this wig. I purchased 13*6 180 density. Ordered Thursday received Monday.

At 1st when I got it I was a little disappointed cuz it seemed thin (I make my own wigs an use a lot) so I thought this. But I washed it blow dried it an it was beautiful an full! No smell when I got it, no real shedding...I’ve had this hair about 2 weeks now an still no heavy shedding I’ve slept In it styled it an I’m impressed think ima buy this exact unit again to have a back up I love this wig

I love the hair. Soft and silky and the closure is transparent which will make the frontal look flawless. Cap is a bit small and I don’t like that the closure hair is shorter. I know some feel it makes the hair “look more natural”, but I prefer the even look.

Great customer service , they respond back fast . I had accidentally selected the wrong hair and emailed then right alway and they changed my order right away . I selected closure and bundles instead of wig and it was a price difference and they refunded the difference to me also in a timely manner in a day . They hair came within about 2-3 days and the hair was silky soft with no smell and also was pre-plucked and bleached well and ready for wear . They hair doesn’t shed and had been washed twice and is still in the best condition as when I received it . I will be ordering again and the hair is worth the money .
