Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

The hair is amazing .It was very very soft ,it did not have a smell the curl pattern is exactly what u see when I washed it the hair was even more beautiful. I bleached the knots . And I believe that it is very true to density . The seller was in contact even after I received it and it came within like 2/3 days HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
