This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Hair was 100% accurate, soft hair, colour was the same as advertised, no shredding, the closure is beautiful baby hair plucked the frontal was actually shaped around the edges like an actual hairline that fit perfect.The hair is great I sleep in it got it wet and it came back to life each time. I will be ordering again.

Im getting it installed tomorrow but so far im very happy with the hair and theres no shedding. the sellers communication was great and they even gave me a cute little Bracelet. I ordered the hair late monday i believe and it came thursday. so shipping was not an issue so far i give it 5 stars !
