Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Mary stayed on top by letting me know when the hair would arrive and also answering any questions I had. I’m at work so I’m unable to provide pictures but they look exactly like the picture. I ran my fingers through and there where no tangles or shedding. hair is very high maintenance but with proper care it will last. I’ll update my comment after I get it installed. Will recommend buying this hair!

Hair is very soft, true to length& I can’t get enough of the colour! I’ve received many compliments. To avoid puffiness, make sure to use a leave in condition, water and some sort of custard. Make it into a wig to improve longevity, that’s what I did. I will definitely be ordering from this vendor again, thank you!
