Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

Second time ordering this hair , I love it love it love it. The first time I ordered the hair , it last soooo long and it’s still looks brand new , as long as you take well care of the hair , treat it as if it’s curly hair out of your scalp! Other than that it’s amazing hair and I will only get my curly hair from this vendor !

Love the hair so far. Shedding and tangling is very minimal so far. One thing I can say about this hair is that it’s very soft. Only complaint is that the hair will need to be flat ironed to get a real straight look. After being washed it has the same texture as if you did a braid out in it or hair that was wand curled several days ago. Color is absolutely beautiful and bright.

Hair is very soft. Closure is very puffy though takes a lot to lay it down. The hair looks brighter in day light. Minimal shedding. Made it into a wig. Overall I’m happy with the hair.

Got its faster then expected happily! I’m making a wig with it So don’t know how good the hair is yet but it’s soft I brush my hand through it’s not shedding at all will do a update when I install it for everyone looking for burgundy hair it’s really pretty and soft and bundles are thick !
