This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

All I can say is I absolutely love this hair! I was so afraid but I took a chance! It arrived on time and out of the pack it was very soft, fresh, and bouncy. The lengths are true to order, and my hair arrived with a free gift! A pair of eyelashes. I've had it installed for almost two weeks now, and there's been very very little shedding.

I Have This Hair Installed For About a week and a half almost 2 weeks and it is sooo greaat.. Minimal shedding it holds curls very well.. I used a curling wand and flat irons and both have lasted. Otherwise this hair is wonderful, highly recommend. This is also the second time i ordered from this vendor, the first time was peruvian and it was great too
