This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is good quality hair for the price I paid. The hair is very very soft. There is a tiny amount of shedding when brushing but I did dye the hair. The hair took really well to the color..The only things I don’t like was the late shipping but all in all I would order again.
