This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is my second time ordering this hair. I LOVE IT !!!!!!!! It’s like butter running through yours hands and it’s SUPER SOFT. This is the best Internet hair out there. I’ve tried so many and they all were horrible. I love wiggins hair. I purchased a 12,14,16 and 16 inch. I Will be ordering with you again .

Hair is perfect! Little to no smell, no shedding at all, no tangling, the bundles arent that thick but i would assume its because of the length I purchased. Will be definitely purchasing again this is now my new vendor :) will update when hair is installed

I purchased hair from NEW STAR which is another store which as a "diamond or crown" ( 4- 26' inch) and I compared the hair I bought from Wiggins (4 -26' inch). The bundles from wiggins were fuller ,longer and better quality. Excellent customer service, fast delivery and premium quality hair. I hope they continue selling quality products. I love the hair and the shipping is super fast..I haven't installed the hair as yet so I won't be able to post any pic to show how it looks...the hair is so soft & smell really good.I order this hair like a two months ago,...the only problem is, the LONG bundles is a little thin but other from that I love the hair and I will definitely buy again
