Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair has been soooo good to me ! I ordered it on Friday and received it Monday morning. During the small amount of time I waited for my package, the customer service was phenomenal. They were so kind and sweet, making sure everything with my order was okay. Once I received the hair, I was able to make it in to a wig and I have been in love ever since! My package even came with a surprise gift inside, LASHES!
