Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I got it in about 4 days! There is barely any shedding even after customizing and water coloring! I’ll definitely do an update after a month! The lace lays really well too! Definitely recommend!

love this wig! I ordered a 12inch and it’s true to length! It’s not to thin nor to thick.. it’s just right. The lace melted very well after I bleached the knots. I also toned the wig.. It took about 4 days to get to me! I’m very satisfied..

I don’t have much to say but I love the hair! I got ton of compliments I plan on dying the hair so I might update on how it looks and say if it was easy to dye but the hair is very soft only problem would maybe be the density of the hair it’s kind of thin at the top but other than that it’s very nice hair. The hair does come preplucked and the lace isn’t that dare so it can blend in with you skin without makeup, I truly recommend this hair you won’t regret it.
