This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

received the hair quicker than expected, which was great! The hair came exactly how it is shown in the picture- it was soft, wasn’t thin, and definitely met my expectations. When I washed the hair, it didn’t shed or bleed and the curl pattern returned when it air-dried. Overall, I am very satisfied. This is a very good vender with high quality hair. I will definitely be repurchasing from them!

I've washed it twice since install and it returns with so much bounce and when brushing minimal shedding. Can't get enough of it. It's my new go to for sew-ins. I'm so happy I found this!
