This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I'm so in love with this hair. It's extremely soft with bouncy curls. The bundles are also very thick. My hair arrived on time and the seller kept in contact with me the whole time and was prompt to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely order hair from Wiggins store again.
