This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I love this hair I’ve had it for a while it doesn’t tangle doesn’t shed and was great for the price I turned into a unit! Flatten it and was also able to wet it and the wave went right back !

Ordered the hair on a Friday received it on Monday! Super fast shipping! Turned the hair into a wig and it was very minimal shedding during that process. Hair looks very true to length and it was super soft and shiny. I didn’t detect a smell either. It also flat ironed really well.
