Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

ordered on thursday received it on Wednesday. love this hair I'm getting so many compliments, so soft, doesnt tangle, little to no shedding, it only sheds some when styling but nothing major, hair was alittle dry but that was easily taking care of, love this hair and will defiently be orderimg again soon.

Hair did not tangle and no shedding.It is soft and silk. Customer service was great! And it arrived to me in quickly! Hair could hold a curl and when straighten it was silky straight! I style it to a bob with bang, so cute. If you're thinking about buying this hair, do it! Best hair I've purchased on web. And I didn't even have to dye it! Literally took it out the bag and put it in. Loved it!I will order it agian.
