This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

I love this hair! It came in 3 days. I did not wash before installing. Hair sheds just a little but that’s with any hair. I ordered 16 18 20 20 with 14 lace closure. The hair is definitely true to its length. The closure was everything. I didn’t have to bleach knots. I will most definitely be ordering from here again!
