This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I know I’ve said before with other vendors that the hair was great but this hair is actually one of the best I’ve ordered I’ll continue to shop with them next I’ll be purchasing a wig ! The hair didn’t shed or tangle the hair had a slight smell but once you wash and condition it the smell goes away hair is very soft and bouncy , and the shipping was fast it arrived in 3 days. will be ordering again from this company .
