Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This is a re-order because I ordered hair 6 months ago and the hair was very good, soft, no shedding, no tangle. Its the best straight hair that I used. Even after washing, the hair still as usual. The hair is soft. I hope it will not tangle or shed when I fix my weave. Watch this space, will provide review after using tha hair.
