This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

I just received the hair today and so far I loooove it! Packaging is nice. The hair is very soft and beautiful and is true to length. I ordered the wig on July 1st and it came July 4th so shipping was fast. The customer service was great! They made sure I received my package and kept up with me and tracking.
