This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This hair is very good, it feels silky and super soft, it does have some short pieces but it’s natural looking. The bundles are a fairly decent size for the lengths. The ends are full....I mean FULL !! Lastly the hair smelt like hair, there were no weird smells or anything. I will be doing a full length review on YouTube after some time of wearing the hair.
