Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I really love the hair. Nice and soft everything I wanted. It has nice weft and bundles are thick. I didn’t weigh but they are pretty long and nice. I was able to get my hair done and everything. Everyone has been giving me complements left to right girl ! Get these bundles you will not regret it.

Mary kept me updated with everything. I bought two bundle 14" (one 613,one 16)to add to a wig I already had which was thinning. The delivery was fast and got to the uk within 3/4days. The first thing I noticed about the bundle was that it looked so healthy. The hair had a nice shine. It did smell abit though so I washed and conditioned it and the smell went. I added the bundle to my wig and I love the thickness of it now. I've been wearing the wig with the added bundle for a good week now and I haven't noticed excessive shedding or anything. The hair curls nicely as well. This was my first order from wonder girl and it may not be the last!
