This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This hair is nice, really soft and really thick! at first I didn't think it would be so much density I didn't believe it, but it really is, I've had it already for about 3 weeks and it still looks the same, I would definitely buy again!

i love this hair. ordered thursday received monday. i was a loyal customer to another hair supplier on here but decided to find someone new after my old supplier sent me the wrong length and was adamant that it was right. did not experience that here. the hair is exactly the length i asked for and Mary was very helpful even sent me tips on how to keep the hair as soft and beautiful as it is now. it’s very full and just an all around beautiful unit. i haven’t gotten it installed yet but even wearing it just with the combs it looks natural and beautiful received many compliments. will post another review after install and after a month but so far i love it. will definitely be ordering from here from now on.
