Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This wig was expected to come Wednesday & I received it Monday, ordered it Friday. I’m super happy with it! They shipped it out the same day. Hair is soft. The wig looks very natural! Getting it styled Friday for my birthday & installed professionally, will update then... so far i’m in love! Thank you xoxoo

I have not experience anything shedding as yet, the hair is soft and it feel amazing, communication with the seller was amazing, this is the first seller to keep me updated every step of the way till I got my hair. Shipping was fast. No complains as yet, will do an update in a month.

Ordered the hair Tuesday it arrived Friday! It’s beautiful I love the wig.. it kind of reminds me of pack hair in a good way though. The delivery was quite fast and the seller was in touch all through. The hair is really soft with minimal initial shedding, which I suppose is normal. I would have asked for a darker colour cap to blend with my skin; otherwise I am happy with my purchase and would still use the seller.
