Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I live in the UK and for it to come within those days from where it came from is very quick. The seller is amazing she keeps in contact with you all the time and gives you regular updates on whenever your item moves places. I Like the wig and Mary very much.

Oh my God, probably the best purchase of my life. This wig is beautiful. I can’t think of any other words, you get exactly what you asked for. The wig is 1/1.5 inches longer than what I ordered which is great. The curls are intense look delicious if I’m honest. The shedding is little to none as everything is already done.

This wig was the beauty wig I’ve received ! The curls are popping and they are very soft . The curls do not frizz and the hair doesn’t shed unless it’s wet and doesn’t have product in it . I will continue you order from this vendor , they are amazing !

I know how to maintain it , if you like big hair then go for this unit , when u wet the hair it does get nice and curly but keep in mind when this unit drys the curls do become bigger more bushy but it's pretty natural looking. Love it very much.
