This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

This hair is absolutely amazing & The seller has great communication !!! When i first got the wig i was stunned by how beautiful the curls were as soon as i opened the package and it was preplucked very nice i didn’t have to go in and fix anything. The curls ALSO hold very well after a wash ! Very beautiful wig i must recommend to everyone !

The hair is very curly and nice. It took 4 days to get here and it comes in a nice package. It does have some shedding when u comb it or brush it but overall it is a wonderful product. The hair is very nice I would definitely buy this hair again!!

The texture of the hair is so soft and the length is perfect. it doesn't have any shedding and u can't stop playing with it. The hair is lovely, the curls are amazing and little shedding. The knots are not bleached and a plucking necessary. However I would definitely recommend the seller as the service was super fast (the quickest I’ve had) and good communication. Will definitely be buying from this seller again
