Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

the wig is very soft and has little to no shedding. The shipping was very fast ordered it on Friday and it came that Tuesday. The wig doesn’t have a funny smell. The seller had great communication, very friendly and helpful.

Shipping speed is super fast. The hair is super soft. When I got it I wet it with hot water to see the wave pattern when wet and applied some mousse and let it dry overnight and the next day the hair was still soft and holding it wave pattern. I get some shedding but nothing major.

The hair is very soft and doesn’t tangle at all it’s exactly what I wanted!! The only negative thing for me is that it is a bit small, definitely not big head friendly other than that I made it work and would most likely buy from this seller again. Shipping took 3-4 days max so it does take a while to get to you.

Had this hair for a week now and it is really good quality! I haven’t experienced any tangling. The hairline is quite natural though I would recommend bleaching the knots to suit you. The supplier was very communicative and I would buy from them again.
