This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

This wig is sooo soft and so bouncy. I do plan to bleach the knots and pluck it some more. Other than that I am satisfied. Communication was also amazing and the shipping took about 4 days. I will post pictures when I wear the wig!

wig is cool. i bleached the knots so it looks way better, hair still soft minimum shedding. i cut the baby hairs off they were starting to look craz, but its a pretty good soft wig.

First I want to say that I ordered my hair on a Sunday and received it by Wednesday. Mary kept in touch with me the whole time and for that I am grateful. Secondly the hair is amazingly soft and doesnt shed much at all, very minimum, I can also run my fingers through with no tangling. I will definitely be ordering from this vendor again. I'm extremely satisfied.
