This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is the softest hair I’ve ever bought . The wig barely sheds. I’ve dyed it jet black, straightened and curled it and its still so beautiful. It came well packed with no smell at all. Shipping was 4 days to the UK with Next Day Delivery which I didnt expect!! Only thing is the cap is very very small and luckily I have a small head!! Will order again!!

14” body wave lace closure. I was very skeptical to order a unit as I was thinking that the price was too reasonable so maybe it’s not good quality. I, however went ahead and ordered the unit. First, the seller responded to all my questions in a timely manner, the seller was very professional also. The unit came within 5 days of ordering. I ran my fingers through the unit multiple times and there was only 2 strands of hair that came out which proves that this i a quality unit. Also I love the fact that it’s already pre-pluck, less work for me. Overall I would recommend this seller, the wig is really worth it.

I ordered this hair on Oct 4, and received it on Oct 10 which is amazing. In my package I received the hair, eye lashes, elastic band, and a cute bag to put the hair in. I was a little scared at first because I have never ordered hair online before, but the hair arrived in perfect condition. The hair is very very soft and my stylist bleached the knots and styled the hair with no shedding which was on Oct 13. Since then the hair has shed a little, but it is to be expected because of bleaching. The customer service was excellent, Mary answered all of my questions, and kept me updated on my delivery. I will defiantly be coming back to buy more hair!
