Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I love this hair. It’s so soft. Came in 3 days. Ordered Monday got it Thursday. The products I used for this hair I uploaded as well. Doesn’t dry out the hair. I prepped the hair the night before, put a bonnet on and went to bed. Woke up the next morning hair not hard or crunchy and still have a wet look. This hair is bomb asf. Will be ordering again.

I just received my wig today and this is by far the BEST wig i’ve ever purchased. The shipping was fast even after a address change, the seller made sure they contacted me when they had to change the address. The hair is so silky and soft. It’s definitely true to its length, it came with 3 lashes and they are so pretty !! I will definitely be purchasing again !
