This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

This is my 4th purchase from this vendor. Love the quality of the hair that I've received each time. Vendor is very involve with the shipping and update progress of your package. He keep you informed. Shipping was pretty good. Ordered on Thursday and received it today which is Monday. I will be purchasing 2 more bundles to go with a 360 frontal which I also purchased from this vendor about a month ago. Hair have NO weird smell to it which is a big plus for me. Ive included pics of the hair and 360 from my previous order. Hands down one of the BEST vendor here on website. Will definitely recommend.
