This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

i received my hair very fast. I ordered it on Saturday and it came Monday. The hair is very soft and silky, doesn’t have a smell, and is true to length. The customer service was by far the best I’ve had. They even checked to see if I received my hair. I made it into a wig and used my own closure though.

The hair is very soft, and didn’t have a smell. It also came a day early. Which was amazing. I made it into a wig. I will also update it when I wash it. The vendor kept in touch with me and even contacted my phone to make sure I received my hair. I will be ordering from them again.
