This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.

So first off let me start by saying this hair is soooo nice the hair came very fast via fedex communication was A1 the bundle were nice and full I went ahead and toned the hair and it came out beautiful I don't experience much shedding or tangling I will most definitely recommend buying this hair
