The quality is nice, the customer service is great, they tell you when your order has been ship and even provides you the tracking information. It is a slight smell but that’s not always a problem. Not my first time ordering from the vendor and it certainly won’t be my last. I will be installing soon.

This is my second time ordering from this vendor and I have yet to be disappointed. The hair came very fast. I ordered last Wednesday and it came Yesterday on Tuesday. No smell and the lengths are true, could mix my natural hair naturally. Very beautiful.

The hair is extremely soft, rubbed my fingers through so many times and haven’t shed not one time. Mary contacted me right after my hair shipped. I bought the 20”. Mary was so nice and this is my 2nd time ordering hair from them! But I will additional feedback (with pictures) once I have installed it.

The hair is beautiful and the texture is sooo smooth/soft! It does have a little funny smell but I’m sure after I co-wash it everything will be fine. I’ve ran my fingers through it multiple times and have only had one little strand come out. So far so good, I’ll be getting it installed tomorrow and will leave an update!
