This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

I’ve had the hair in for about 4 days now. Had a little smell but nothing too bad . The hair is very soft, and can take and hold a curl. Washed the hair once and the natural waves are very pretty . Wonderful communication from vendor and they made sure i was satisfied . Will be ordering from them again soon.

It’s super soft, holds a the curl in and is super easy to style. I ordered 4 bundles of 12 in, simply because I wanted a bob cut and it was true to length. I definitely will be ordering from this company again, the communication and the shipping was great, I got my hair in 3 days after ordering.
