This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund

Customer service is 100% I didn't notice the smell everyone talked about. Closure bleached perfectly, i made it into a wig. Hair is true to length, the 16 inch closure was 18inches. I'll leave pictures.

Shipping was very quick, ordered Friday & received on Tuesday. I have 3 bundles of 24” they’re TRUE to length the bundles are veryyy soft and thick. this hair is amazing so far. It does have a little smell but its nothing major you can get rid of the smell by washing your bundles. Communication was great I will be ordering again. Once installed I’ll leave an up date.
