Return/ Exchange Process
This item can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as the hair is in its original state within 30 days of receipt.
Note: For a return or exchange, your item must be completely unused and in its original condition: hair uncut, unbleached, original color ,lace no cutting or trimming, etc.
As these are personal items worn directly against the scalp, hygiene and safety are our top priority. Therefore, we cannot accept returns on used items.Return For Refund
Return For Replacement
Simply email tg@wigginshair.com with your order number and the new item you'd like. We'll provide detailed instructions and a return address. Once your return is received and approved, we'll ship your new item.

OMG!! this hair is amazing when I got the hair it was super soft, and wasn’t shedding at all it had a little smell to it but it wasn’t a strong smell. The hair was still silky soft, and wasn’t shedding and hair is full 10/10 will for sure purchase more hair in the future.Overall GREAT HAIR!!
